Dr. Amir Zahir is a strategic leader, systems thinker, and international consultant with a focus on restoring structure, building communities, and empowering people to create long-term impact. With over two decades of experience in business development, Indigenous governance, and family systems, he offers practical and transformative consulting across the areas of business, personal growth, and relationship alignment.
He holds a PhD in Human Development and Indigenous Family Studies from the School of Indigenous Psychology and Sociology at Echadi University, where his academic and applied work centers on cultural development, family restoration, and leadership systems rooted in sustainability and equity.
As the Chief of the Echadi Nation Republic, Dr. Zahir has helped lead the development of tribal governance models, economic cooperatives, private member organizations, and trust-based legal frameworks. His work equips individuals, families, and communities to build infrastructures that support autonomy, identity, and generational success.
